purchases we make from you are subject to the following:
- Only one customer (and related people) are allowed in the shop at a time.
- We are not obligated to make an offer on any items.
- We require physical ID (Driver Licence, Passport, Access+). A photo or photocopy will not be acceptable.
- Your details will be entered into our system and stored as per the requirements of the Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 2004.
- You will be under CCTV surveillance at all times when on the premises and approaching the shop.
- Your details and details of your sold items will be passed on to the Commissioner of Police or a representative as per the requirements of the Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 2004.
- Cash payments only under $1000 (and if we have cash on hand). We prefer bank transfers direct into your bank account - Account number required. We cannot make payments to your card.
- There is a three week stand-down period between your first and subsequent sales to us.

- The majority of jewellery items we stock are second hand. While they are still subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will probably not be able to replace like for like in the event of a failure of the item. A receipt is required to process any return request.
- Prices of Bullion items change continually and are based on calculations using the metal spot price at the time of sale.
- If you order in an item of bullion, the price is set at the time of invoicing and is a binding contract. Payments must be made within 24 hours.
- You will be under CCTV surveillance at all times when on the premises and approaching the shop.
- We cannot and will not accept cash payments of $10,000 or more.
- Electronic payments are accepted (EFTPOS, Bank Transfer, Basic Credit Cards (2% surcharge for credit accounts)). Pressie cards are accepted but also incur the credit card surcharge.
